All Pacific Taps comply with the mandatory Australian Standards AS/NZS 3718:2005, AS/NZS 3662:2005 and AS/NZS 6400:2005 for plumbing, including Watermark and WELS.
Tapware is now Available in Lead-Free Options
All Tapware that are intended for use in contact with drinking water are now Available in Lead-Free Options – Pricing Adjustment Announced
Pacific Tapware is pleased to announce that all three piece tapware products are now available in lead-free configurations, reinforcing our commitment to safety, quality, and compliance with evolving industry standards.
As part of our ongoing efforts to provide safer and more environmentally responsible products, we have transitioned our manufacturing processes to support lead-free materials across our entire tapware range. This enhancement ensures our customers have access to products that meet the highest health and regulatory requirements.
When ordering lead-free tapware, all items must be clearly identified on the purchase order. Please ensure each product is labelled as “Leadfree” or “LF” using existing product codes to confirm compliance with lead-free requirements.
Due to the increased costs associated with sourcing lead-free materials and updating manufacturing processes, a pricing adjustment will be implemented. Effective First May 2026, a 10% increase will apply across all tapware products supplied in lead-free specifications.
