Standards Approval
Pacific's ranges of products are manufactured to comply with Standards Australia AS/NZS 3718 Water Supply - Metal Body Taps.

Warranty
Pacific Products (International) Pty Limited undertakes to repair or at its option to replace any goods which are defective through faulty workmanship or materials within twelve (12) months of purchase of goods. Pacific single lever mixers have an extended four (4) year part only warranty on its ceramic disc cartridge mechanism.

Defects caused by improper use, improper installation, surface damage caused during installation and installation not in accordance with manufacturers instructions will not be covered.

The guarantee will be void if the goods have not been installed in accordance with applicable health acts or plumbing code regulations. No warranty claims will be considered without documentary proof of date of purchase for said product.
